As development in South Florida in recent years has led to congestion and escalating land prices in the Miami-Dade area, the strategic location of the Free Trade Zone

The city of Pembroke Pines, in southwest Broward County, provides the ideal location for this industrial park. Situated at the corner of Sheridan Street and S.W. 196th Avenue, near US Highway 27, the Park is just three miles west of InterState I-75 and one mile east of US Highway 27.

The proximity of
the Park to I-75 provides convenient access to Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Naples, Ft. Myers, their airports, seaports and the growing commercial and residential centers in those cities.
